Solidago ulmifolia
Common name: Elm-Leaved Goldenrod
Elm-Leaved Goldenrod is typically a woodland species. Plants terminate in several sprawling flowering stalks that create sort of a waterfall effect as the stalks droop to the side and downward. As with most goldenrods, it blooms late summer to early fall, lasts for about 3 to 4 weeks, and attracts a wide range of bees, butterflies and other pollinators looking for their last bit of nectar and pollen for the season.
