This Seed Starter Kit is a flat of 18 pint-sized cells that each contain our unique soilless growing mix and pelletized slow-release fertilizer. The composition of our mix provides the perfect combination of water retention and air flow to ensure optimum conditions for a delicate seedling to develop. Slow-release fertilizer gives the plant just the amount of food it needs when it needs it while reducing leaching and runoff. The Rootmaker container provides ideal conditions for air pruning and robust fibrous root development.
