Prunus hortulana
Common name: Goose Plum
Similar to American Plum but smaller in overall size and glossier leaves. It grows well on urban sites and is very popular with pollinators. The white flowers are very cheery and smell nice in early spring. Good fit for anyone looking for shrub border help or who wants to create visual obstructions. Moist and well-drained sites seem to suit it best away from its natural habitat.
