Physocarpus opulifolius
Common name: Ninebark
Adaptable to a wide range of growing condtions, Ninebark can withstand some of the harshest environments including drought and harsh winds in full sun. It blooms an attractive display of pink to white umbel-like flower clusters in June. Exfoliating bark exposes a cinnamon-brown inner bark. Great for use in shrub borders.
