Hypericum kalmianum
Common name: Kalms St. Johns Wort
I have only seen this plant near interdunal pools on calcareous sand. It seems to do very well on our heavy clay soil as long as it is in full sun. Beautiful yellow flowers bloom at the end of June to early July. This is a very nice plant to be used in masses in front of taller plants.
