Fowl Manna Grass is a fine-textured woodland grass. Pale green to pale purple, graceful, flowing inflorescence occur early to mid summer, transitioning to tan as seeds mature. Under conditions of high moisture and part to full sun, this plant will spread via rhizomes, forming small colonies.
