Terms and Conditions
- Prices include shipping to the following states: IL, WI, MN, IA, IN, MI, KY, MO. We are unable to ship to other states at this time.
- From February-May: pre-orders will be processed on a first come basis. Trees and shrubs will ship out starting in April, while perennials start shipping in May.
- From June on: please allow 7-10 days for your order to be processed and delivered to your door.
- Please note due to limitations of our shipper, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes at this time.
- We use Paypal for added security so you will be redirected upon checkout. You are not required to have a PayPal account in order to make a payment.
- No cancellations are allowed after material is shipped.
- Plants should be unpacked and watered as soon as they are received. Do not leave plants in the box for an extended period of time.
- We are not able to accept returns on any of our plants. If your plants arrive damaged or you are dissatisfied with your order, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery so we can find a solution.
